Tundra is formulated with tungsten to provide the same density as lead, but at a lower cost than tungsten itself. Tundra is non-toxic, and can be easily cut, drilled or sanded to shape. You can substitute Flat Tundra for segmented lead in any of our car plans that specify segmented lead.

How to Use this Product
Typically, a rectangular pocket is made in the bottom of the car (with a drill bit, then with a wood chisel - see example below), and the Flat Tundra is glued into the pocket - epoxy or hot glue adhesive is recommended. The Flat Tundra can be cut with any cutting pliers. It can be also be drilled if needed.
