The Basic Speed Kit includes the items you need to reach Maximum Velocity when using prepared pinewood derby wheels and axles, such as our Speed Wheels or Outlaw Wheels. Each kit contains the following items:
- Max-V-Lube Graphite – Our best graphite for lubricating wheels
- Fine grit sandpaper – For polishing the inside edge of each wheel
- Bore Polish (w/pipe cleaner) – For polishing inside the wheel bore
- Axle Polishing Kit – For axle polishing
- Gap Gauge – Sets the gap between the wheel and the car body, when the wheels and axles are being installed
