The Advanced Speed Kit includes the items you need to reach Maximum Velocity when using either prepared or unprepared pinewood derby wheels and axles. Each kit contains the following items:
- Basic Speed Kit items (Max-V-Lube, Fine Grit Sandpaper, Bore Polish, Axle Polishing Kit, Gap Gauge)
plus
- Diamond Polish – For a final high-shine on your axles.
- Mini-File – For removing flaws on nail-type axles
- Pro-Wheel Mandrel – For mounting the wheels in the chuck of a drill to facilitate removing wheel flaws.
